Reflecting on Water and Sanitation Infrastructure and Gender

This toolkit is primarily for WASH practitioners, particularly those working in the context of urban informal settlements. It consists of three components: this booklet, which has tools organised in four categories – Understanding context; Water and sanitation infrastructure; Design process; Team composition and dynamics – as well as a card deck with discussion prompts, and the online library. The toolkit can be used flexibly, based on the needs of the user.
