Social Norms Analysis Plot (SNAP) framework

CARE’s SNAP framework identifies the key components of a norm, and additional questions that will help develop 'vignettes' (brief accounts) and measure changes in norms over time (e.g., two time point uses of the vignettes), but also inform ways that interventions can be further tuned for greater impact.
