This manual is for staff of water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) implementation and research projects and organisations, who are committed to improving the practice of GEDSI in their projects and organisations. It is designed to support individual and collective GEDSI reflective practice among staff on the extent and quality of gender equality and social inclusion work in their WASH projects and organisation.
