Gender Equality and Disability Inclusion within water, sanitation and hygiene

To ensure universal access the document takes a rights-based approach to WASH, addressing equality and non-discrimination with an approach based in participation and inclusion. The paper poses and answers two main questions: how can the WASH sector continue to improve practice on gender and disability, and how can an integrated approach to the two intersectional issues of gender and disability help us ‘do development’ better?
