The Australia–Indonesia Development Partnership Plan 2024–2028 (DPP) translates into action the development priorities shared between Australia and Indonesia. The DPP outlines agreed objectives, the collaborative approach to achieving shared outcomes, and the mechanisms for monitoring progress. It also highlights areas where Australia can contribute to Indonesia’s national development priorities and how Australia will engage with other development actors to ensure a well-coordinated contribution to Indonesia’s development goals.
The DPP encompasses the full range of Australia’s development support, including bilateral Official Development Assistance (ODA) from the Australian Government, as well as regional, global ODA, and non-ODA development activities. A commitment to ongoing dialogue and engagement with government, civil society representatives, and other development partners, grounded in a genuine and respectful partnership, underpins this plan. A mid-cycle review of the DPP will also be conducted.
